The Yolanda Muckle Team was formed in July 2016 when Yolanda Muckle, a prominent, top-producing Washington-area Realtor, joined forces with career entrepreneur Tanavia Greer.

Muckle has been the top producing agent with Long and Foster since 2007. A former radio and television advertising executive, Mrs. Muckle utilized an extensive marketing and media campaign (which included appearances on several HGTV programs) to assist in building her business by “focusing on (your) family” and, as a result, is one of the most sought-after and highly regarded Realtors in the region. She has built a reputation for getting her listed homes sold quickly with many receiving multiple contracts and going to closing within 30 days. By forming a team, Mrs. Muckle can more effectively serve prospective buyers in addition to sellers looking to purchase their next home locally in Maryland and Washington, D.C. where both Muckle and Greer are licensed. Mrs. Greer is also licensed in Virginia and Georgia.

Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, Greer was an accomplished business owner, operating businesses in Pennsylvania and Ohio that specialized in customer service and human resources prior to relocating to Maryland where she ran her own cosmetology business. She works with prospective home buyers as well as sellers as a member of The Yolanda Muckle Team.
